The 180 Club is utilizing the Ringcentral application to conduct Video and Audio conference meetings.  We leave to the participant's choice whether they wish to use the video feature or just audio. 

 

Please refer to the instructions below to access the Ringcentral app to videoconference the meeting. 

 

Individuals accessing the app with their PC will note that by clicking the word "participant" at the bottom of the screen, a list of participants by name or phone number will pop up. 

 

At the bottom of that list is an option for participants to “RAISE HAND” so that the host can unmute you.

 

Callers using the audio conference means to participate should use Star 9 (*9) to raise their hand. 

 

Star 6 (*6) is the means for callers to mute/unmute themselves whether video or audio.

 

How to download and install the RingCentral Desktop on a computer:

 

1.          Go to  https://meetings.ringcentral.com/join

 

2.          Enter the Video Meeting ID 775 810 6795

 

3.          Click Join.

 

How download and install the RingCentral Phone Mobil app on iPhone (IOS) or Android device:

 

iOS

 

 1.     Launch the App Store on your iOS device.

 2.     Search for RingCentral Phone.

 3.     Tap Get > Install > Open.

 4.     Log in to the RingCentral Phone Mobile app.

 5.     Enter the Video Meeting ID 775 810 6795

 

 

Android

 

 1.     Launch the Google Play Store on your Android device.

 2.     Search for RingCentral Phone.

 3.     Tap Install > Open.

 4.     Log in to the RingCentral Phone Mobile app.

 5.     Enter the Video Meeting ID 775 810 6795

 

USERS:  If you have difficulty accessing the Ringcentral application or technical issues with using the system, remain on the conference call at the end of the meeting for assistance.
